Refund Policy

NorthWest Championship Refund Policy

At NorthWest Championship, we are committed to delivering an exciting and competitive mixed martial arts experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

No Refunds Policy

All ticket sales for NorthWest Championship events are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts or personal reasons.
• A specific fighter withdrawing or being replaced.
• Fight card changes or adjustments.
• Weather conditions or travel disruptions.

Event Guarantee

As long as the event takes place as scheduled, tickets remain valid and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify the fight lineup as necessary, including substitutions due to injuries, weight class changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that NorthWest Championship cancels or reschedules the entire event, we will communicate the refund or ticket transfer options at that time. However, changes to the fight card or individual matchups do not qualify for a refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. We appreciate your support and look forward to delivering an unforgettable night of competition!
