I brought my son in to build confidence. September will be his 2 years in the program and has improved significantly. Coach Chase has built this kid to be a phenomenal athlete. Coach Eric, Coach Sam, and Coach Frank and everyone that helps this program succeed are phenomenal mentors and really take the time to teach the proper techniques the kids need. This program for kids is highly recommended to build your child confidence and build their self esteem. Started training here 3 months ago and got hooked very quick - I go to 6-10 classes a week and spend many hours training

Sam, Erik, Clay, and chase are all amazing coaches who you will see regularly, along with Austin on occasion

Came in with no experience and did kickboxing and boxing. Did it for about 6 months, only stopped because of work. Would recommend them they have good pricing and different programs to try.
